Rachel offers ‘Nutrition Unpacked’ talks, which break down dietary guidelines, dispel common misconceptions and myths surrounding diet and nutrition and answer people’s questions, with a view to improving knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of a healthy diet. This will enable individuals to make educated food choices, thus improving the health and productivity of the workforce.
